Please email customer service at Info@kibocrew.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original form, and should be unworn and unwashed. If your product was damaged during shipment, please provide photos in the email so that we may rectify any issues.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us.
